Department Mission:
To provide a wholesome program of leisure, recreational, tourism and cultural opportunities and facilities to enhance the quality of life for Rock Hill residents and visitors. 

Department Organization:
The department is organized into three divisions – Parks, Recreation, and Tourism.  The following areas of responsibility fall under each division and division supervisor.  Ed Thompson is the Director of the department.
