Neighborhood Empowerment - Inside Rock Hill

 Inside Rock Hill is a 10-week civics course offered to residents of the City of Rock Hill. This course allows residents an in-depth understanding of how the city is run so they will be able to access services necessary to maintain and improve their quality of life. The course is offered during the Spring and Fall and seating is limited.
