A variety of group and meeting venues are available at PRT parks and recreation centers. Casual cookouts are perfect for one of the large outdoor shelters, while a business gathering can be accommodated at Manchester Meadow’s Soccer Pavilion or at a community room in one of our recreation centers. Emmett Scott’s McGirt Auditorium offers a stage for performances. Birthday parties, family reunions . . . there’s a space for most every need.
For sites not listed here, such as single, uncovered picnic tables at one of our parks, these sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Large groups and those wishing to hold a special event at a City of Rock Hill park may need approval from the City of Rock Hill’s Special Events Committee. Security officers may be required when reserving a Parks, Recreation and Tourism facility. Security is at the discretion of PRT supervisory staff or Rock Hill Police Department. Video or photography at City of Rock Hill parks for commercial or political purposes requires special arrangements. Call John Taylor at 803/329-8773 to discuss your video/ photography project.

Glencairn Garden Information
Glencairn Garden is a popular location for weddings. There are nine venues to choose from that are suitable for wedding ceremonies.
Key Policies:
Weddings are scheduled during April 1 - December 1, excluding the week of the Come-See-Me Festival.
The Garden can only be used for the wedding ceremony.
Tents, tables, alters, arbors, props, glass, balloons and decorations are NOT allowed.
Chairs are allowed in designated locations.
Live flower petals can be used provided they are picked up before leaving.
Acoustical music is allowed. No amplified sound.
